\nNous avons pass\u00e9 dix-huit mois \u00e0 mettre au point notre curry de poulet Keema, en affinant notre recette pour obtenir un curry qui ne soit ni trop gras, ni trop \u00e9pic\u00e9, ni trop puissant. Nous utilisons une poign\u00e9e d’\u00e9pices enti\u00e8res pour maintenir l’\u00e9quilibre des saveurs, notamment la cardamome complexe, la coriandre terreuse, le cumin riche et les feuilles de fenouil. Avec une chaleur ronde et une douceur subtile, c’est un repas r\u00e9confortant pour une nuit froide.<\/p>\n
